Terms of service

By using Servasi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Servasi provides booking pages with an availability calendar and a dashboard to manage bookings. Servasi is not a party to rentals: the agreement, prices, deposits, cancellation terms and rented items are entirely between the business owner and their customer.

Payments

Customers pay straight to the business owner's QRIS or bank account. Servasi never holds money, takes no cut, and does not guarantee payments or refunds.

Business owner accounts

• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity on your account.
• Your page must be accurate: business name, items, prices and payment details.
• You must handle customer data lawfully, and ask for a KTP only when needed.

Not allowed

• Pretending to be a bank, shop, brand or another person.
• Using a page to defraud, collect data deceptively, or sell prohibited goods.
• Disrupting the service, including trying to read another business's data.

Pages that break these rules can be turned off, without notice when others are at risk. Anyone can report a page with the link at the bottom of it.

Plans

The Free plan covers up to 5 bookable item units. Paid plans and their prices will be announced before they apply; moving to a smaller plan never deletes data, items above the limit are only hidden.

Availability

We work to keep Servasi running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, Servasi is not liable for indirect losses from using the service, including disputes between business owners and customers.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the date above changes too and we announce important changes in the dashboard. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
