The Servasi dashboard installs on your phone or computer home screen, straight from the browser. No Play Store or App Store, and booking alerts arrive like any other app.

Still on a spreadsheet?
Send us your booking records and we move them into Servasi, customer history included. The file is deleted afterwards.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 5 bookable item units (for example 3 cameras and 2 lenses) with unlimited bookings and customers. Pro for bigger businesses comes later.
Do customers need an account?
No. Customers only give their name and WhatsApp number when they book.
How do payments work?
Customers pay the deposit straight to your QRIS or bank account and send the proof. Servasi never holds money and takes no cut.
What about KTP data?
A KTP is optional. If you ask for one, only you can see the photo, and it is deleted automatically 1, 3 or 7 days after the rental, as you choose.
Does it work for restaurants or activities?
Not yet. Servasi is for rental businesses for now; session reservations for restaurants and activities are being prepared.
Can customers use English?
Yes. Booking pages come in Indonesian and English, and customers can switch.
